Targeting the wealthy families in the North Shore, Mcintyre Grove is an exclusive release of oversized townhouses set amongst the leafy streets of Gordon. With a icon designed to represent a home among the trees and type set in a calming slab serif, Mcintyre Grove aimed to showcase the tranquility of the North Shore. A hero shot of a luscious green forrest was used to reinforce this notion whilst the brochure included a dedicated section on the unique landscaping plans and a location spread highlighting the nearby local amenity.
