Named after the striking black structures at the front of the building, the project needed to be positioned as a cut above the rest of local market in both quality and location. Highlighting the materiality, landscaping features and high level of finishes offered, the branding referenced high level fashion brands with clean lines, white space and an elegant black and white colour palette.
